Mancino Vermouth

An exceptional artisanal vermouth blended with the finest ingredients to create an original, yet classic, recipe inspired by world renowned Italian bartender Giancarlo Mancino.

These recipes are made from a selection of up to forty botanicals personally sourced by Giancarlo over four years of research and travel in India, Thailand, Vietnam, England and Italy. The botanicals are ground in a traditional mill that has been in use since the 1930’s, the extracts of which are then steeped in 30 percent ABV sugar beet spirit before being added to a 12 percent ABV Trebbiano di Romagna wine base. After a week-long filtration process, the liquid spends six months resting in stainless steel until the Vermouth is ready for bottling in small batches.

There are three core Vermouths in the range, a Secco, Bianco Ambrato, the Rosso Amaranto, and a Vecchio, a year old oak aged version of the Rosso Amaranto, available in small quantities.

Used as a main ingredient in most cocktails whether forgotten or innovative. Perfect as an all day aperitif when served neat, chilled or over ice.”
